On June 29, 2026, a meeting of the Academic Council of Kharkiv State University was held
At the meeting of the Academic Council of Kharkiv State University, the results of a survey of second-year students in the second (master’s) level (1.9 years of study) of higher education regarding the quality of organization and content of internships during the 2025/2026 academic year were reviewed and approved.
The Head of the Quality Assurance Department reported on student participation in the survey, the level of student satisfaction with the organization and content of internships in the 2025/2026 academic year. She also spoke about the positive aspects of assistantship practice and suggestions for improving practice noted by students in their responses.
Having reviewed the information provided, the members of the University Academic Council decided:
1. To approve the results of the survey of third-level (educational and scientific) higher education students regarding the quality of organization and content of internships in the 2025/2026 academic year.
2. The guarantors of third-level (educational and scientific) higher education programs «Philology» L.I. Biellekhova, «Economics» A.S. Mokhnenko, «Software Engineering» V.S. Peschanenko, and the internship supervisors of the faculties where the specified ESPs are implemented, shall review the scientific-pedagogical internship programs for third-level (educational and scientific) higher education students and take into account student recommendations in the list of internship tasks for the 2026/2027 academic year.
3. The guarantor of the educational-scientific program «Software Engineering» V.S. Peschanenko shall analyze the factors behind the incomplete participation of postgraduate students during the survey and develop measures to increase engagement in the 2026/2027 academic year.
4. The Head of the Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies Department L.G. Bondarenko, together with the guarantors of educational-scientific programs and internship supervisors for third-level (educational and scientific) higher education students:
1) to post materials regarding the completion of internships by students on the pages of the relevant departments/faculties and/or the Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies Department, and to store them along with internship reporting documentation in corporate cloud storage.
2) to analyze and take into account, where justified by need, the survey results during the planning and organization of internships for third-level (educational and scientific) higher education students in the 2026/2027 academic year.
5. The Head of the Quality Assurance Department T.O. Cherkashina shall ensure the publication of the survey results regarding the quality of organization and content of internships for third-level (educational and scientific) higher education students on the Quality Assurance Department page of the Kherson State University website.
