Olena Medvid, a graduate of the medical faculty of Kherson State University, successfully passed KROK-3 and officially received her certificate as an infectious disease specialist. In her new capacity, she will continue to work at the Kherson Infectious Disease Hospital.
Olena Medvid was among the first graduates of specialty 222 «Medicine» in 2024. Based on the placement results, she chose to undergo a state-funded internship at the Infectious Disease Hospital in her native Kherson.
Behind the young doctor are eight years of study and professional development. Despite all the challenges, she continues to work in frontline Kherson, where medics perform their work every day under conditions of constant danger. Recently, Russian troops once again shelled the hospital, as the enemy systematically attacks the city's medical infrastructure.
