Objective: Modernization and strengthening of data science education in Ukraine through the development of the institutional capacity of higher education institutions, enhancement of educational programmes, professional development of teaching staff, and implementation of modern digital and inclusive approaches to teaching and learning.
For KSU: Within the framework of the project, a regional Data Science Centre of Excellence (DSCE) will be established at Kherson State University, serving as an operational unit for the implementation of curricula, teacher training, and active cooperation with the IT business sector. The project will also provide for the development and piloting of a harmonized Master’s programme in “Data Science for Business”, the launch of micro-credential courses, the creation of a bilingual MOOC platform, and the development of long-term partnerships between Ukrainian and EU universities.
