The project «Digitalization of higher education in Ukraine through increasing awareness in the field of Data Science» (DSHub), developed by a powerful international consortium of universities, including Kherson State University, has successfully passed selection and received support within the Erasmus+ program (Capacity Building in Higher Education).

The total budget for our university is 84,209.98 euros!
The goal of the project is to modernize and strengthen education in the field of Data Science in Ukraine by building sustainable capacity at national and regional levels in accordance with the standards of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), labor market needs, and the values of inclusive education.
Within the framework of the project, a regional Data Science Center of Excellence (DSCE) will be established at Kherson State University, which will become an operational unit for implementing curricula, training teachers, and active cooperation with the IT business. It also provides for the development and piloting of a harmonized Master's program "Data Science for Business", the launch of micro-qualification courses, the creation of a bilingual MOOC platform, and the development of long-term partnerships between universities in Ukraine and the EU.
The implementation of the DSHub project is planned for three years. The project is being implemented as part of the Erasmus+ 2026 call (Call: ERASMUS-EDU-2026-CBHE).
