Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, professor, Distinguished Educator of Ukraine, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine, Honorary Doctor of Sciences of Kherson State University Mykhailo Serhiyovych Lvov received a lifetime scholarship from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for outstanding achievements in the field of higher education.
The Rector of KSU, Oleksandr Spivakovskyi, congratulated Professor Mykhailo Serhiiovych Lvov on the appointment to a lifetime Cabinet of Ministers scholarship.
"This high state recognition is a testament to many years of dedicated work, a significant contribution to the development of Ukrainian science, education, and the training of many generations of specialists. For Kherson State University, it is especially valuable that among the scientific and pedagogical staff recognized by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, there is a representative of our university community. This is a confirmation of the strength of our academic traditions and the people who created them", – noted Oleksandr Spivakovskyi.

It is worth noting that previously, the Academic Council of Kherson State University recommended the candidacy of Professor Mykhailo Serhiiovych Lvov for the award of a lifetime scholarship from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for outstanding achievements in the field of higher education. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine supported this initiative.
Mykhailo Serhiiovych Lvov has progressed from assistant, lecturer, and senior lecturer of the Department of Mathematical Analysis to Head of the Department. He has 138 publications, 12 teaching manuals, and 12 certificates of registration of copyright for computer programs, 6 of which carry the imprint of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
