The KSU RESQUE-UA project received a high evaluation from Erasmus+ experts and was included in the grant support reserve
The RESQUE-UA project, coordinated by Kherson State University, successfully passed expert evaluation within the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education 2026 competition. The initiative, aimed at strengthening institutional resilience and the development of displaced Ukrainian universities, received 83 out of a possible 100 points and was included in the grant support reserve.

In 2026, all applicants registered or declared in the TOT or areas of active hostilities are entitled to admission under quota-2. This means that they participate in a separate competition for state-funded places and do not compete for them alongside other applicants.

KSU received an infectious disease specialist certificate and will work in Kherson.
Olena Medvid, a graduate of the medical faculty of Kherson State University, successfully passed KROK-3 and officially received her certificate as an infectious disease specialist. In her new capacity, she will continue to work at the Kherson Infectious Disease Hospital.
